🎨 Mixed Media Drawing & Painting | Ages 7–10 In this creative art class, students will draw, paint, and experiment with different art materials while learning new ways to create their own 2D artwork. Each week features a fun project inspired by themes such as nature, animals, landscapes, architecture, seasons, cultures, and famous artists. Materials may include: 🎨 Watercolor and acrylic paint 🖍️ Oil pastels and colored pencils 🖊️ Markers and ink ✂️ Collage materials 🖼️ Printmaking and mixed media Along the way, students will practice drawing, mixing and using colors, adding light and shadow, creating texture, arranging elements in a picture, and combining different art materials. Best for: Kids who love drawing and painting and want to experiment with new materials, techniques, and ways to make art.
