We already read about fifty Oʻahu venues and studios directly, so if you publish a calendar there is a fair chance we have found you. This form is for everything that slips through — a one-off workshop, a new studio, a pop-up, a class that only ever gets announced on Instagram.

The form below. Two minutes, and the only fields we insist on are the ones a person needs to actually turn up: what, when, where, and a link we can check it against.
A person checks it
Against your own page, not a press release. We confirm the date, the price and the address, and we look for the thing that trips people up — a materials fee, a members-only rate, a registration window that has already closed.
It goes live, dated
With the date we checked it printed on the page. If we could not confirm something we say so in the listing rather than quietly leaving it out.

Fields marked * are the ones we cannot publish without. Everything else makes the listing better but will not hold it up.

- · Anything not on Oʻahu — we are one island, deliberately
- · Ongoing services with no date attached
- · Events already finished, or more than two years out
- · Listings we cannot check against a page you control
- · Paid placement, because the whole point is that the order is not for sale
If we turn something down we will tell you why.
Already listed, but something is wrong?
Corrections jump the queue. We would rather hear that a price is stale from you than from a reader who turned up and paid it — and if you have moved, changed a rate or cancelled something, that is the single most useful email we get.
