**Must take our Sewing Foundation Workshop offered the 1st Saturday of each month - September and November Foundation Workshops: https://www.hisawyer.com/art-tent-studio/schedules/activity-set/1977317?day=2026-09-05&view=cal&source=all-activities - October and December Foundation Workshops: https://www.hisawyer.com/art-tent-studio/schedules/activity-set/1977359?day=2026-10-03&view=cal&source=all-activities Sewing Open Studio is on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month from 15:00-16:30 (9/7, 9/21, 10/5, 10/19, 11/2, 11/16, 12/7, 12/21) Designed for students who already have basic sewing experience, Sewing Open Studio gives young creators the freedom to work on projects that interest them with guidance from an instructor. Students can finish an existing project, practice their sewing skills, or start something completely new. Projects may include: 👜 Bags and accessories 🧸 Plushies 🏠 Home décor 👕 Clothing ✂️ And more! Along the way, students will continue practicing skills such as reading patterns, measuring, cutting fabric, using a sewing machine, and hand stitching. Students can work at their own pace, choose projects based on their interests, and become more comfortable and independent with sewing.
