🖌️ Painting Studio | Ages 7–10 A more focused art class for young artists who want to build their drawing and painting skills. Students will work with watercolor and acrylic paint while learning techniques that help them create more detailed and finished artwork. Students will explore: 🎨 Watercolor and acrylic painting ✏️ Drawing and perspective 🌗 Light, shadow, and shading 🌈 Mixing and using colors 🖼️ Planning and arranging a picture 👩‍🎨 Creating artwork inspired by famous artists Through hands-on projects, students will practice drawing what they see, creating depth and dimension, mixing colors, using light and shadow, and planning how different parts of a picture fit together. Best for: Kids who already enjoy drawing and painting and want to practice their skills, learn new techniques, and take their artwork to the next level. Students will also have the opportunity to share and celebrate their artwork at the Art Tent Studio Exhibition & Open House at the end of the semester.
