✏️ Drawing & Painting | Ages 9–14 Taught by Teaching Artist Ms. Lauren Okano, this skills-based class helps students strengthen their drawing and painting techniques while exploring different art materials and developing their own creative style. Students may explore: ✏️ Colored pencil drawing 🎨 Watercolor pencil drawing 🖌️ Acrylic painting 🖼️ Other drawing and painting materials and techniques Through guided projects, students will practice drawing with greater detail, using color and shading, creating depth and texture, and turning their ideas into more developed, finished artwork. Students will also be encouraged to make their own creative choices and explore different ways to express their ideas through art. Best for: Students who enjoy drawing and painting and want to improve their skills, experiment with different materials, and develop their own ideas and artistic style.
