Noir Night: Readings of Crime & Detective Fiction

A literary evening at OurSpace, 1052 Waimanu St in Kakaʻako, presented with Mixing Innovative Arts — the group behind Honolulu’s monthly literary-arts readings. This edition is themed to crime and detective fiction: local writers reading noir, mystery and hard-boiled work aloud. Thursday September 10, 6–8 PM. Free and open to the public (RSVP on Zeffy, optional donation). Readings and spoken-word events are rare on our calendar — the only other one this season is The Moth at the Hawaii Theatre on October 2, and that one is ticketed.
