HoMA Nights: Chuseok & Cinema

HoMA's Friday-evening takeover on 25 September, 5 to 9pm, built around Chuseok, the Korean harvest festival, and doubling as opening night of the Intimate Korea film showcase. The Central Courtyard gets Korean food vendors (Rice Burger & Cafe, Rice Blossoms Hawaii, iHeartKimchi), traditional and contemporary Korean music, a hanbok dress-up station and a bojagi lantern workshop, with the Korean galleries open late and a screening of the documentary Super Dining: Korean Chefs in New York. Members get a meet-and-greet and book signing with Train to Busan actor Ye Soo-jung and filmmaker Jinyoung Lee. HoMA Nights regularly sells out, so book rather than turning up.
