HoMA Nights
Next: Fri, Sep 4 · 6:00 PM
The museum stays open until nine on Friday evenings, which is the civilised way to see it — the galleries empty out, the courtyards cool down, and the café and bar keep serving. Admission is the standard $25, $15 for kamaʻāina, seniors and military, free under 18 and free to members, so a membership pays for itself in about two visits if you make a habit of it. Programming varies by evening; the Doris Duke Theatre often has a film running alongside. Route 2 to Beretania and Ward, or park in the museum lot off Kināʻu Street.
