Peter Pan Goes Wrong

About

Peter Pan Goes Wrong is the Mischief Theatre farce in which a bumbling amateur drama society tries to stage Peter Pan and everything that can fail does, from flying mishaps to technical hitches and cast disputes. Manoa Valley Theatre bills it as two acts of hilarious disaster. Rob Duval directs, and the script is by Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and Henry Shields. It runs November 12 to 29. The theatre's page does not print performance days, curtain times, a running time or an age rating. Because the humour is slapstick and built on a children's classic, it is likely to appeal to a wide range of ages, but confirm with the box office if you are bringing young children. Single-ticket prices are not printed on the page, which links to the theatre's ticketing site. The theatre also sells Pick Your Pack subscriptions starting at $200, with savings of up to 10 percent. Manoa Valley Theatre is at 2833 E Manoa Road in Mānoa, Honolulu. The page does not mention parking. On our calendar this is the third of eight Manoa Valley Theatre productions this season, after The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which runs to October 31, and before Purpose in January. Diamond Head Theatre opens How the Grinch Stole Christmas on November 20 during the same run.
