The Friday-morning session at Hoʻoulu ʻĀina in Kalihi Valley, 9 to noon, working the Ipu o Lono farm plots with the Mahi ʻĀina staff — planting, weeding and harvesting for the community food programme. Free, all ages, limited to 15 people; reserve on their get-started page. Pairs with the Wednesday Lā Mauli Ola workday if you want a twice-a-week rhythm.
