About
A twelve-week wheel class at the Hawaii Potters' Guild, taught by Jennifer Fujimoto on Monday mornings from 9 to noon. The Guild is a member-run studio in Mōʻiliʻili rather than a drop-in shop, so a term buys you the same wheel each week and time in the building between sessions, which is what actually moves a beginner past centring. This is the mixed beginner-and-intermediate room: you can arrive never having touched clay, or arrive able to throw a cylinder and want someone watching your pulls. The autumn session runs 18 August to 8 November.
