A ten-week course in Saori — the Japanese freestyle weaving practice with no patterns and no mistakes — at the Honolulu Museum of Art School, 1111 Victoria St (across from the museum), on floor looms. October 14 to December 16, $318. One of six fiber arts courses in HoMA's fall term; the others cover shibori, ulana lau hala and kids' fiber arts.
